Patrick is the Managing Director and Founder of Whitegate Capital Partners. For the past two decades, he was an Investor-Operator with Merkle where he worked with a talented team of people to drive incredible, profitable growth for the company: a 30-fold increase in annual revenues. Through a host of leadership roles at Merkle, including President, he learned many valuable lessons in leadership, skills, relationships, and investing. Through Whitegate Capital Partners, he is excited to engage with the next great company by offering his skills and experience in either an Advisory Role, an Equity Stake & Board Position, or as a Major Investor & Key Leader. At Whitegate, Patrick’s main area of focus is driving success in the platform company in which he will help build and grow.
Managing Partner, Chief Solution Officer
Ozgur is a founding partner of Whitegate Capital Partners and leads the development of data driven marketing solutions for Whitegate and its portfolio companies by integrating advanced analytics, data and digital technologies. Ozgur has 20 years of experience in building data driven marketing solutions for many Fortune 500 US companies. Previously, Ozgur was the CMO for Hepsiburada, Turkey’s leading e-commerce platform with over 60 MM monthly visits. During Ozgur’s tenure, Hepsiburada was named as one of top 5 fastest growing e-commerce companies in Europe, driven by 9 fold mobile revenue growth. Prior to that, Ozgur was the General Manager of Data Solutions Group at Merkle and was recipient of Chairman’s Award, which is the highest recognition within Merkle. Ozgur is an Advisory Board Member of CMO Council Europe and has spoken at various Marketing Events globally.
Head of Data Science
Max is the Head of Data Science at Whitegate Capital. He is responsible for developing and delivering innovative solutions to improve clients’ market effectiveness, by using cutting-edge Data Science techniques to figure out the right offers to the right customers at the right time through the right media/channels. Prior to Whitegate Capital, he worked as Advanced Analytics Expert / Predictive Analytics Lead for McKinsey & Company in the healthcare practice. He was responsible for developing and delivering predictive analytics solutions to improve healthcare clients’ economics, such as figuring out which products to offer to which customers to achieve the best LTV for each customer, and identifying which patients should be enrolled in intensive care management programs based on their predicted future events and potential spends.
Lead People-Strategy Consultant
Lucia is the Lead People-Strategy Consultant for Whitegate Capital Partners where she sets people strategy and builds programs to support business growth. She has deep experience in mergers & acquisitions, organic growth, turnarounds & restructuring, and establishing Greenfields to achieve business goals. She is a thought leader in Human Capital Planning & Analytics and has helped set the strategy for Fortune 10-500 companies such as eBay, McKesson, Quintiles and Raytheon. In 2015, Lucia sold her consulting firm to Innosect. Before that, she held senior leadership roles at Magellan GPS, Hewlett Packard, Flextronics and SBC.
Lead Technology Consultant
Jeff is the Lead Technology Consultant for Whitegate Capital Partners. He brings more than 20 years of experience formulating and implementing complex operational and technology strategies that enable growth, spur innovation and improve business outcomes. Jeff has led teams of database, marketing and data science professionals (from 3 to 300 people), delivering results in both successful and struggling businesses. He has managed full software development lifecycles and has been an executive sponsor for key customer relationships. Jeff’s most recent experience includes managing a $90 Million portfolio for a publicly-traded marketing services firm.

C2G Partners Co-Founders
As a Managing Director of C2G Partners, Sandi oversees Human Resources, Recruiting and C2G Partners Marketing. She provides both hands-on and strategic direction to cultivate marketing and HR strategies and tactics. Sandi inspires excellence and champions the growth and development of the HR and Recruiting teams. In her marketing role, she builds and optimizes marketing initiatives that integrate the C2G Partners website, press, all marketing collateral, awards, blogs and social media to drive new business to C2G Partners.
Peggy is a co-founder and Managing Director of C2G Partners, where she provides in depth expertise in marketing and new product development to her clients. She has tremendous experience in both the telecommunications and financial services industry. She was a Vice President of Marketing at American Express, where she launched their Automatic Bill Payment Service that produced outstanding financial results.
Patrick may be retiring from Merkle but not from his career (he is too young for that). Patrick and I have discussed at length the idea of him acquiring a small-to-mid sized marketing services business in which Merkle or I will likely be an investor. I think he would make a great CEO, and I will probably end up putting my money where my mouth is – to see that occur.
